3- Day Virtual Meditation Series

Start your day with an intentional pause, to connect with your heart space and be in stillness through a guided meditation practice.

WHO IS THIS FOR:

All are welcome.  There is no previous mediation experience required and it is a beautiful opportunity for those who are either looking to start a meditation practice or to expand onto your current practice.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

There are no rules in my practice.  I hold space and invite each human to tune into their authentic and truest self as they go through the practice.  My meditations embody a combination of guided words, breath work, stillness and quiet and music. 

Over the course of our 3 days together, we will meet virtually.  Our time together will include a 15-20 min meditation practice, followed by a 10-15 min of journaling and reflection.

I’m honored to share this sacred time with you and hold deep gratitude for your trust in me. This time is designed to support your connection with your self.

In the spirit of accessibility and community, this offering is available on a "pay what you can" basis. I believe that healing and growth should be accessible to all, regardless of personal circumstances, and I trust that you will contribute in a way that feels right for you.
